Cloud as Force Multiplier

Your AI ceiling is your infrastructure ceiling.

Every other OrwyTech service assumes a cloud-native foundation. AI automation agents require elastic compute and scalable data pipelines. Zero-human operations require event-driven infrastructure that reacts in milliseconds. AI for Cyber requires a cloud SIEM, a cloud-native logging stack, and the ability to provision response tooling on demand. Cloud transformation done first is a force multiplier for every initiative that follows.

OrwyTech designs cloud-native architecture from the first line of infrastructure-as-code — with AI readiness, data residency compliance, and operational efficiency built in from the start rather than retrofitted later.

"The AI ceiling, the security ceiling, and the scale ceiling are all the same ceiling: your infrastructure. OrwyTech builds the foundation that makes everything else possible."
Migration Path

Five phases. No lift-and-shift surprises.

OrwyTech approaches cloud migration as a business transformation, not a technical lift. Lift-and-shift migrations — moving workloads as-is — produce cloud-billed on-prem architecture: the cost of cloud without the capability. We design for cloud-native from the first architecture diagram, with each migration wave sequenced to keep critical systems stable throughout.

PHASE 01
Assessment
Full inventory of current infrastructure: compute, storage, network, databases, custom applications, third-party dependencies, and compliance requirements. Dependency mapping prevents mid-migration surprises. Data residency requirements — especially NDMO requirements in KSA — assessed and documented before design begins.
PHASE 02
Design
Cloud-native architecture designed for your target state, not your current state. Microservices boundaries. Data tier design. Network topology. Identity and access model. AI readiness built in from day one — storage patterns, compute elasticity, and data pipeline architecture that supports AI workloads from the start rather than as a retrofit.
PHASE 03
Migrate
Workload-by-workload migration using the seven Rs framework (Retire, Retain, Rehost, Relocate, Repurchase, Replatform, Refactor) with a risk-ordered sequencing that keeps critical systems stable throughout. Zero production downtime is the target for every migration wave.
PHASE 04
Optimize
Post-migration optimization: right-sizing compute, reserved capacity purchasing, storage tiering, network optimization, and FinOps discipline implementation. The first bill after migration is always too high — Phase 4 fixes it systematically. Cost model optimized, cloud sprawl prevented from day one.
PHASE 05
Operate
Managed post-migration operations: monitoring, incident response, patch management, cost governance, and cloud-native capability adoption as the platforms evolve. Your team operates with us or independently — we document, train, and hand off fully.
AI-Ready Architecture

Built for AI from the first line of infrastructure-as-code.

An AI-ready cloud architecture is not the same as a general cloud architecture with AI services plugged in later. The data patterns, storage tiers, compute profiles, and network topology for AI workloads are different — and retrofitting them onto a general-purpose cloud design is expensive and often impossible without re-migration.

ARCHITECTURE 01
Data Lake / Lakehouse Design
Structured to ingest from any source, store at any scale, and serve both batch and real-time AI workloads. The data foundation that OrwyTech's agentic frameworks require at Layer 1.
ARCHITECTURE 02
Elastic AI Compute
GPU/TPU allocation for inference and training. Autoscaling configured for bursty AI workloads. Spot/preemptible instances for training jobs. Cost-optimized without sacrificing availability for production inference.
ARCHITECTURE 03
Event-Driven Infrastructure
Message queues, event buses, and stream processing that the agentic OS framework runs on. Designed for millisecond event latency, not batch-cycle latency.
ARCHITECTURE 04
Distributed Team Enablement
Multi-region deployment, IaC-driven environments, GitOps workflows, and developer tooling that makes globally distributed teams as productive as co-located ones. OrwyTech's own global team runs this way.
KSA Cloud Compliance

Data residency. NDMO. NCA. By default.

Cloud deployments in Saudi Arabia operate under specific data residency and sovereignty requirements that are not optional for regulated industries and government entities. We design for these requirements from the architecture phase — not as an afterthought during the compliance audit.

  • NDMO data classification and residency requirements: understanding which data must stay in KSA, which can transit, and which can be stored offshore — with architecture that enforces these boundaries technically, not just contractually
  • NCA cloud security controls: the National Cybersecurity Authority's requirements for cloud deployments, including shared responsibility model documentation, access controls, and audit logging
  • Local cloud region options: AWS Riyadh, Azure UAE North (nearest alternative with data transfer agreements), and on-premises hybrid configurations where full sovereignty is required
  • Government cloud considerations: Etimad, SAFCSP platforms, and integration with government digital infrastructure where applicable
  • AI workload data residency: ensuring training data, model weights, and inference logs comply with PDPL and SDAIA data governance requirements for AI systems
  • Cloud Migration AI-Ready Architecture FinOps NDMO Compliance NCA Cloud Controls Data Residency Managed Cloud Ops Infrastructure as Code
